HOMELESS LUNCH

In partnership with the Community Kitchen of Casa
Esperanza, St. Mark's University provides a hot lunch Monday-Friday from 12:00-12:30pm in a safe and covered environment for area homeless people and families.  The program is highly successful in part because a number of St. Mark's parishioners and UCSB students are actively involved in set-up, service and break-down for the meals.  To volunteer for service for one or more days per week for this program, please arrive at 11:45am and plan on one hour for service and clean-up.  Please contact the director of the Homeless Lunch program, Chris Coombs, for more info.
